Understanding Knee Pain
Back pain is an ache or pain anywhere in the back, and sometimes all the way down to the buttocks and legs. Depending on how long it lasts, back pain can be acute, sub-acute, or chronic. The discomfort can be described as a burning sensation, a shooting or piercing pain, or a dull ache. The pain can spread to the arms and hands as well as the legs or feet. One may also feel numbness,or weakness in the legs and arms. Bad posture habits frequently cause the vertebral discs to misalign, which results in muscular tightness near the damaged disc. The pressure compresses the spine-related nerves in various places. With movement, the compression areas typically cause pain and discomfort.
